One of the ways people can make a lot of money is hose flipping. The process is simple: you buy a house, invest in renovation, then put it back on sale, with a nice profit on top. I know several persons who make a more than decent living this way. They are smart, they know what to invest in to make the houses look more luxurious than they really are. First of all, the kitchen and the bathroom eat the more money. In bedrooms, the main concern are the windows.
My friends always make sure to install expensive window treatments, like those Bali wood blinds which are very stylish and which can make a room extremely dark even in sunny days, thus being a good choice for everybody.
However, you need quite a big initial budget for making money with flipping houses, so that’s not for me, yet.

I have been doing a lot of research in the area of vehicle gas mileage lately and have discovered some amazing things about how most cars are simply wasting gas! Even the most fuel efficient engine can waste gas if it’s not maintained correctly. There are so many factors that come into play here that not knowing half of them can actually hurt your gas mileage when parts get worn down, or filers don’t get changed.
Even the air in your tires can cause gas mileage loss! If this gas crisis is doing anything to us in a positive light, it’s teaching us much more about our cars than we ever knew or would have otherwise tried to learn.

One of the types of wedding bands that I think is unique are silver celtic wedding bands. They have some great engravings in them depending on the designer who made them. If you are just tired og etting the same old crap of wedding rings all the time you might consider getting something that is not only memorable, but also is a talking piece.
There are tons of designs, so don’t just settle for any silver Celtic wedding band or ring if you decide to go full on with it. I have had mine for years, and it still looks new down to this day. I am not sure how they treat the wedding bands, but mine interestingly enough has very few scratches. All I have done is just cleaned it up a bit over the years to give it the shiny luster it had when i bought it.

You can’t imagine how much I love black. I was thought in school that white and black are not colors. I’m sorry to say, but black is almost the only color for me. I’m even thinking to buy a black Christmas tree in 2008, so i can better express myself during the winter holidays.
The black shimmering, clear slim Christmas trees I’ve seen in a shop looked very good. I just need to find the money to buy one, as they are not exactly cheap. But when I think I’ll use the tree for at least 3-4 years, then I see it is worth every penny. Too bad that with this financial crisis coming over us, I won’t be daring to spend too much. Otherwise, I would have also bought a nice, black Christmas garland to match my tree.

I have been a Dallas cowboys fan my entire life. I like many kinds of sports but I enjoy football the most. I try to go to as many of their football games as I can but I cant always afford them. I was looking for affordable Dallas Cowboys Season Tickets so that I could enjoy watching live. I figure I better buy them now before Jerry Jones decides to jack up the price.
I heard that season tickets can run for about $2,500 to $10,000 a year. I promised my girlfriend I will only buy these tickets for one year and after that I will watch the rest of the games at home. I just believe with all my heart this is the year they go to the Super Bowl.

I am so tired of all the gloom and doom stock market talk. I have had every religious friend of mine tell me this week how the world is coming to an end. Come on people. We live in America! This is the land of opportunity! Stop complaining and get to work. Instead of wining I just got to work doing something I love. I have been buying and selling my baseball card collection on ebay for the past three weeks and it has been very profitable. It has also been a lot of fun. I have even met some people online who are doing the same. I was told by a few of my fellow dealer friends that grading baseball cards can be even more profitable. So my advice is if you are watching your 401K dwindle, stop complaining and get to work doing something you love. Look at this as a wake up call.

One of the funniest fall celebrations is Halloween. I just love those cute children Halloween costumes which turn them over night in fairies, knights or witches, not to mention that I find it cool to get myself one of those adult costumes and play with the kids in the neighborhood. We usually have a lot of fun even before Halloween actually comes, because we are busy preparing all those hollow pumpkins with triangle-shaped eyes and scary mouths. As usual, this year we are going to throw a big party for the kids, and we are going to enjoy it as much as they do.

I spent some time trying to find a cheap spyder paintball gun on the weekend and I gotta say that I find Spyder to be my favorite brand of paintball guns. When we went paintballing we had a blast and I got to use my friends Spyder and it was amazing. I’m very glad that happened because I got to compare first hand the difference between my crappy rental paintball gun (I have no idea what the name on it was) but it was much worse than the Spyder paintball gun. That thing shoots faster, perfectly straight and even has a nicer sound (the smooth fire makes it harder for you to get noticed by opponents on the field).
I’m going to try to snag a Spyder gun and I hope that I can find a cheap one.

I just went paintballing with my company as part of a team building exercise. Honestly, I was very confused as to how this was going to be a team building exercise or a fun weekend at all but I stand corrected. Paintballing is awesome!
I started looking for cheap paintball guns on the net and I found a good deal of information about getting cheap paintball guns and what gun is the best. I haven’t really made a decision about what kind of gun I want but all I know is that playing paintball was crazy fun and I’d love to do it again once I get my own gun.
